Q?Is your service compatible with iPad / tablets / smartphones?

Yes and they will work automatically if your purchase a wireless router when your antenna is installed.

Q?Can I upgrade my bandwidth?

Yes. Just give us a call and we can arrange this instantly.

Q?Why was I charged €7.95 on my direct debit?

A.

If your bank rejects our attempt at collecting your monthly subscription our processor charges a fee of €7.95. This is passed directly to the customer.

Q?I need a dedicated static ip address.

A.

Please contact our support team and we will be happy to set this up for you. A charge of €5 pm is applied for all dedicated requests on a home connection. For businesses on a business connection this service is free of charge.
